Return Policy or Repayment

If the item (s) delivered does not correspond to your order or is damaged at the time of receipt (Color, model, quantity, etc.) you have a delay a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of your package to inform us. We will do our utmost to satisfy your order.

You may be additional charges could you be charged more in case of return of parcels for incomplete or incorrect addresses. These costs correspond to the amount of delivery at the correct address.
A valid reason must be provided to make a return. The order must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Initial delivery charges will be withheld and will not be refunded.
